    Yes, each booking will incur a small flat service fee of $35, regardless of the total cost of your shipment.

  • How do I pay for shipping and is it safe?

    All payments are paid with a credit card and powered by Stripe, our payment gateway provider. Artranzit does not, under any circumstances, store or handle credit card details. All payments are handled by Stripe and any other private, or personal data, that passes via our website is securely encrypted for your protection.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping in advance?

    Absolutely not. You pay only after your shipment has been delivered.

  • What if I am not the one paying for shipping?

    No worries, we have you covered. Artranzit facilitates quick and safe third party payments through Stripe.

  • How will Artranzit keep my information safe and confidential?

    At Artranzit we respect your privacy and do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Additionally, artranzit flex, by design, offers un-published routes and schedules; and although you will be receiving multiple bids, your shipment information will be shared only once with the Service Provider you choose when you complete your booking.

  • Can I order packing through Artranzit?

    At the moment we are only offering shuttle transportation for pre-packed works of art. However, we are working towards offering you this service in the near future.
